A Little Spray Paint is All You Need!

I had this horribly ugly chandelier given to me by my mother in law. I believe she received it from her mother in law also. It was brass and really ugly. I did not take a before picture but i found one online that is really close so you could feel how ugly it really was.

When she asked me if I wanted this I knew that there was something that I could use it for. The only true problem that I had was that all of the lights in our rooms are wall mounted. The other day however, I decided to tackle this project and knew that I wanted it to be hung in my bedroom. I used a little bit of spray paint and painted all of the brass parts black and then painted all of the glass parts a metallic silver. I love the way that it turned out and how it looks in my room.

Final Price: $0. I already had the spray paint!
